Foundation
MSP® Foundation certification is an introductory qualification that provides a fundamental understanding of the MSP® framework, including its principles, governance themes, and transformational flow.
It is designed for individuals new to programme management, team members, and stakeholders who need to understand the basics of MSP®. The certification ensures that candidates grasp the core concepts and terminology used in MSP®, enabling them to contribute effectively to programme management activities within their organisation.
Practitioner
The MSP Practitioner enables programme and project managers to deliver large-scale and complex programmes by applying the MSP framework. In order to complete the Practitioner qualification, you must have first passed the MSP Foundation level exam.
The Practitioner level provides an in-depth understanding of the MSP framework, including advanced topics such as programme governance, benefits realisation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
